WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Montreal, Canada is where we envision our beautiful products and work to make them available to you. We print our products across the country and travel the world to share beautiful and inspiring content with you.

Please note that while our offices are in Montreal, we are not able to accommodate any office visits or package pick-ups here at this time. 

 

WHAT TYPE OF PAPERS DO YOU PRINT ON? 

You may have noticed we do not print on traditional glossy or luster photo paper. Inspired by trendy square prints with a retro look and a Scandinavian feel, we wanted to create something modern, sleek and timeless that could fit any decor, with or without picture frames, regardless of their size.

Our matte paper showcases the natural details of an image, a detail we just loooove!

And because we care about the planet, you'll be glad to know our papers are eco-friendly, acid-free, archival, and FSC certified, plus we plant a tree for every product purchased! How cool is that?!

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

All orders are mailed through Canada Post within 2-3 business days unless mentioned otherwise.

Canada: expect 2-4 business days, once the order is shipped. 
USA: expect 4-6 business days, once the order is shipped. 

   

CAN WE PURCHASE GIFT CARDS?

It is not yet possible to purchase gift certificates through our website. Sign up for our newsletter to find out when they will be made available. 

  

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you should need to cancel your order for any reason, login to your account and head to your order history. You have one (1) hour of receiving your order confirmation email to cancel your order. Passed this time – we cannot refund or cancel orders.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Although there is an exception: if your item is damaged upon delivery, we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability. just contact us at hello@tantumbella.com with a description and a photo of the damaged item, within 48hrs of reception and we will send you instructions on the procedure.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION?

Of course, you can! (though we’re pretty sure you’ll never want to…!) 

To cancel before the next month processes, make sure to log into your account to do so before the 15th of each month, when all orders are processed. 

Want to pause your subscription instead of canceling? You can do that as often as you’d like, at no additional charge! log into your tantumbella.co account. And if your order’s already on the way then you can cancel next month's subscription pack.
